About Me

Over the last 8 years, Niels has focused on developing leadership in young people through cross-cultural awareness. Elected by 125 member countries & territories as CEO and President of AIESEC, a global not-for-profit organisation with 70,000 members established in 1948, Niels has led, managed and coached multiple teams between the sizes of 5 -25 across the local, national and global level. This has led him to travel and speak, host and facilitate over 80+ conference across 40+ countries.

Niels is passionate about organizational strategy and transformation. He believes deeply that transformation of any organization begins by transformation of its people and hence gives importance to the personal development of people he works with.

Niels has always been intrigued by the field of innovation and entrepreneurship and now spends his time learning more about these topics as he works towards impacting more people along the way.
